ORKIS : Editor of Images Data Base Management System Website

My career started in 1993, with the Orkis Company that is specialized in the development of a system of Images Database Management. Working for Orkis gave me the opportunity to acquire great competences in the field of high volumetry databases and client-server systems.

During the first two years, I managed the support activities (Help Desk). This led me to work on the definition and the management of processes support. Moreover, I narrowly collaborated with the development teams on the functional evolution of the application.

From 1995, I was in charge of the integration of Images Database Management System (I-DBMS) for the customers with significant infrastructures. I worked at the European_Space_Center of Kourou. That led me to be operational on several launching campaigns, including the qualification flight Ariane_V501. I was also responsible for the integration of Database Management System for the Direction des Constructions Navales (DCN) and for the French Atomic Energy Commission (CEA).

Conseil Général des Bouches-du-Rhône : Territorial administration Website

After five years of collaboration with the Orkis Company, I took a new position as manager of the publications of one of the most important territorial administration of France.

The objective of my mission was to implement the first Internet and Intranet services of the administration, to restructure some processes of publication and to modernize the tools of productions to improve the effectiveness of the service. This mission was concluded within two years.

Hypsoneack : Software firm Website

In 1999, as my collaboration with the Conseil Général ended, I founded, Hypsoneack, a company specialized in data-processing engineering (software firm) and in the development of Web applications.

During the four years at the head of this company, I was particularly devoted to the management of projects (Web services, E-business, etc…). This led me to manage multidisciplinary teams – dealing with design as well as development- and to apprehend complex technologies like the EJB (java). Moreover, I managed the Research and Development activities of the company that focused on the topic of distributed objects architecture.

After a few months of existence, the company developed an important activity of consulting in the field of the strategic management of informational resources and of the governance of information technologies

This experience was very significant for me, because it made me develop solid competences in the field of management and of information technologies.

Nudata : Company specialized in the audit of the information systems Website

My collaboration with the Nudata Company began a few weeks after the end of my activities at Hypsoneack.

My position at Nudata led me to work in the audit of business process and databases. I also continued my activities of consulting in information systems management (CRM/ERP) and in project leadership. More specifically, this led me to carry out the design and the development of Executive Information System.

Senior Consultant in Governance and strategic management of Information Technologies

From 2005, I focus primarily on the Information Technologies Governance and on strategic management of informational resources. My main missions deal with:
