Governmental services
have now to integrate rules of governance like those
used in companies. This evolution results mainly
from the fact that the public considers itself to
be both “customer” and “shareholder” of
the public services.
Coordinating public actors to lead them to answer
collective needs efficiently using technological
resources requires to implement a genuine framework
of IT Governance.
However, the nature of governmental services
must requires methodological and organizational
adaptations, according to the type of activity
(Health, Defense, etc…).
My role is thus to accompany and advise the persons
in charge of governmental services in the building
and the adjustment of IT Governance frameworks
while preserving an approach based on the management
of strategic IT domains and of organizational capacities,
on the management of the processes of conformity
and of adoption of reference frameworks, and finally
on the management of the of information systems
(IT Accountability).
